The normal way to "uninstall" any operating system is to format the hard drive and install a new OS of your choice.
Warning: It's your choice, of course, but if you're lacking such basic knowledge, you may not be ready to take on a beta operating system. Do you have any idea what you're letting yourself in for?

You do not need to uninstall Windows XP. Instead boot from the Windows Vista CD. Follow the prompts to delete partitions and format as appropriate.
Also, please do not use ALL CAPS in newsgroups. ALL CAPS is considered shouting and rude.

I agree with Bruce, if you need to ask this question (and can't find the capslock key) then a beta OS probably isnt for you. Or at the very least, reformat the drive and partition it so you can dual boot XP and Vista.
